First we do not store your credit or debit card details, all credit card transactions are dealt with for us by RBS Worldpay.
We also take payment via paypal, who deal with your credit card details for us and mean that their high standards of security are used and we never see your credit card details.
When you buy something from us we take your name, address, e-mail address and optionally your phone number so that we can deliver your items to you and send you an automatic order receipt.
Data collected by this site is only used to:
1. Take and complete customer orders
2. Administer and improve our website and service
3. We may tell you about other products that are available. All marketing emails will include a simple unsubscribe link.
4. Information is only disclosed to third-parties for the purposes of goods delivery (i.e. mail and courier companies) and when compelled to do so by law.
Damaged or faulty itemsIf you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 7 days.Where possible we will try to replace any missing parts although this can take some time as we may have to go through the distributors and they may have to contact a company in America and get the part from them. Where an exchange is not available, a 100% refund will be provided. Any returns postage will also be reimbursed. In the event of a gift we appreciate it may be more than 7 days before you realise that a part is missing and we will endeavour to replace missing parts in these cases.
Wrong item received
If we send you the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days. Then having got confirmation from us please return the item unopened within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the returns postage and send the correct item, should you still require this.
Should you change your mind, simply notify us immediately and return the item unopened and unused within 7 days of receipt to obtain an exchange or refund to the value of the item.
